* In this case, please specify in the email the accommodation period, the hotel, and the room type.
The accommodation payment will be made to the Eventer.Net account, account number: RO34 BACX 0000 0011 0946 0000, opened at UniCredit Bank Iasi. VAT number: RO 26964360., with the mention “For SEEEMDC 2024 – Accommodation Reservation, Hotel …”.
Please send the copy of the accommodation payment document to the event operator via email.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
The hotel reservation is not valid without proof of payment for the entire reserved accommodation period. A reservation unaccompanied by payment is considered null.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted only by email or written notification to the event operator. Until April 30th, 2024 (inclusive), 95% of the amount paid will be refunded, nothing thereafter.
